Angled tip is cut at an angle so that the bottom part is further in than the top (for example... front _/ back) while s straight cut is just a normal tip (front _l back) The angled tip is useful in low riding sportscars, so it doesn't scrape the tip in driveways. IMO, angled cut only looks good under the bumper of a car. But on the OZ, a straight cut looks better with the bumper cutout part. That's my opinion.

If I want to go with custom cat back and buy my own muffler,
which magnaflow muffler(part #) should I get if I want a deep sound(not loud)?
A canister or an oval?
What's the difference between single wall and double wall?
How about the race series and the street series?

I know that normal piping from 2nd cat to muffler costs ~$100
Any idea on the cost of custom stainless piping?
Maybe it will turn out close to the cost of full stainless catback?

haha...That was a lot of Qs...
Thanks guys

I believe custom catbacks generally cost less than name brands such as Greddy. You kinda pay for the name and the research they have already done. But since my goal is different from theirs, I'd benefit from a custom 2". As for sound, I'm not sure what makes each sound. I just want one that sounds powerful, but can be quiet with a silencer put in it.

ya 400$ is a little much for a axel back, but i've head that magnaflow gives the best performance gains without being ricey as hell, b/c anyone can bolt on a muffler, but just b/c u bolt on a muffler doesnt mean you'll gain an hp.

Does the Magnaflow have a silencer that you can remove for racing?
