Hanging RPM's

So I've noticed that for about a few hundred miles, and the issue is still there, my RPM's are hanging. What I mean by that is shifting from 2-3 or 3-4 etc, I let off the gas, push on the clutch but the RPM will just hang there for a second before actually dropping. Can anyone explain this irregular behavior and what can affect it?

Check to see if your clutch fluid is low.
As has been noted before, you have to over fill the brake side to fill up the clutch side.

If you have a code for a bad IAC then that could very well cause the problem. The engine is reciving too much air through the IAC valve, causing the RPM's to hang. I would replace the IAC and see if it still occurs. Whats your VAC at idle? If its lower than normal check for intake leaks as well

Check for intake leaks, my idle VAC is -20 when warm at idle, when i release the pedal its -22, sounds like you may have a slight intake leak, as well as a bad IAC could be causing your hanging RPMs

Are you guys running 9653 tephra roms? Or any evo rom from a 05+, they all have throttle hang issues, that can be ironed out with a few tweaks.
