Everyone is gonna say turbo. RRM light weight pulley is a pretty good and cheap mod.

i have the some $95 4-2-1 headers from eBay and they are fine. I also have an SRS stainless exhaust also from ebay, they sound awesome except for what im assuming is the exhaust leak sound. I paid $225 shipped for the exhaust. also, when you install your header, go to the junkyard and turn in your headers+front cat. got $40 for mine yesterday

also. intakes are basically the same for lancers. some will argue that if you are manual then you should go cold air, but short ram will work the same. you're not going to feel much difference but i love the way mine sounds besides the exhaust leak.

it depends on if its worth it for you.
if I could do it again I wouldn't have done any of it. spent like $1500 between rims, tires, intake, header, and catback exhaust.

being NA just go with the ebay brands like the guys above said. You aren't going to see a huge performance but it will help make the engine breath better. The pulley will help out as well especially with gas mileage from what I have read.

I have ebay headers and magnaflow 2 1/4 and I like it. I'm to be putting an ebay SR*S exhaust on saturday and preparation for the turbo install hopefully within the next 2-3 months.

Coilovers. Megan Racing has a good set for under 1000.

I disagree with this. I had it installed on my 02 lancer and didn't really notice a difference. I also had a ton of bolt-on modifications and it still wasn't a noticeable change in power. The best bang for your buck would be a turbo setup.

instead of piggyback, look at the jet performance chips, different ones, they seem pretty good. cheaper then the piggyback too, jetchip.com
