I'm going to be the A-hole and say it

looking at your list it would be easy for you to spend 10k if not more to fully "build" the lancer, you can pick up a 03-04 evo around that price if not less.

10k 13sec car>10k 17sec car

The base lancer is a pretty small niche market, these guys seem to offer the most for it though. http://roadracemotorsports.com/

roadracemotorsport.com (plenty of products for our cars)

http://rhys-millen-racing.myshopify.com (awesome front lip if your into it)

EBAY

could get lucky on craigslist lol

for sale section :]

you should go for sum tein basics for coilovers (if you can afford em)

http://www.wheelfire.com (has pretty good wheel deals)

do you want a sri or cai? if your auto then you need a sri

you can go for a catback exhaust im pretty sure roadrace sells one or search
or get a custom one from a local muffler shop which would be cheaper

i have no knowledge on bodykits. i dont like them much on our style lancer
but search up the show and shine section i know a couple of them have bodykits and look good just ask them and im sure they will tell you.

Nice lipped trunks are cool, but still think im going with the no spoiler, since my es is FF, no need to try to keep the *** end on the ground.

I've personally found them in the 6-8k range. 10k is a pretty common number as long as you stay away from dealerships, just need to look harder!

lol true that ! seriously your wasting all that money mind as well just buy an evo. and dont tell me you cant find one under 14k. Look around little more, I know at least 4-5 people that bought a 03 evo for 13k within the last 6 months. Look for private seller you will have a better chance getting it even cheaper

I would like to see an evo posted for sale at $6k. I dont believe it. Not without issues or salvage title at minimum. Or just plain scam

Never said they were perfect! The one for 6k had a blown headgasket, clean title. I've seen at least two in the 8k range, one was a garage queen with super low miles. I was dead set on an EB IX though.
