Evap system question and help needed

Evap system question and help needed
I have an 02 Lancer ES and I have a code for evap system purge control valve circuit code: P0443. Is this something easy to moderate that I can do myself or what does it entail to fix this problem. Or is it something that a mechanic actually has to do? If so, does anyone know approx. price of fixing it?
