Very popular in the FRS/BRZ community. Gains all through out the entire rpm band. I would recommend it.

What year is your car. Maybe we can get you a good price on one

OP,

I'm actually having this intake installed today. The reviews were great on it, and I'm looking forward to opening it up a little today.

EDIT: To clarify, I have a 4B12 2.4L which as LiX points out, is thankfully the better of the two intakes Takeda offers.

The version for 2.0L 4B11 is a real crap. It gave CEL on almost every car, including mine.
On the other side, version for 2.4L 4B12 is better designed with less issues.

Had a few days now to really get some good driving in with the new intake, and I'm very happy with it. Notable performance and torque increase, gas pedal is more responsive. Very satisfied to say the least.

Nope, no CEL. The filter portion of the intake comes with a half encasement made to replace the left side of the OEM air box, and the piping leading to the engine has a spot for the existing sensor.
