Dude! For the last time. If you are serious about turboing, research before you spend the next dime! You are swinging in every which way. People telling you things that aren't beneficial to the build or are unnecessary at this stage.

People are running tunes on their auto ecu's and running turbo setups with 12psi or greater. They are just modifying their current ROM file that they have for the ECU. From What I read in the past, I haven't looked lately because it doesn't pertain to me. No one had tried to flash and Evo ROM into an auto because their was fear of the bricking it, and from my understanding, there was a lot of thought that went into for trying to put the Evo ECU into an auto lancer. From what they figured out, that wouldn't be possible. I know of one person that did the ECU swap, but that was done in a manual and it was done prior to knowing that manual cars could just be flashed with an Evo ROM

Yeah I wouldn't worry about a tune or any other add on at all right now your not going to feel any difference. Just save up and read up on a turbo system.

I would go with suspension, at least get the car handling a bit better. Probably rear sway bar for starters. How does that sound?

Ahh ok. I'm originally a Galant guy so i know when boosting the galant you have to swap to either an eclipse or evo ecu for tuning since the galant ecu cant read anything above 100% load so i figured it was the same for the lancer but i guess that's been figured out for you guys.

Or start buying parts for your turbo build or swap. just pick a goal and stick with it even if it takes $ and time trust me well worth it. I have been working on my swap for awhile now and to fire it up and pull it out is such an accomplishment. To prove that it can be done and done cheap. good luck with build keep us posted

Then I'm going to buy another carbon fiber vynl and over lay it on the fiberglass. Then on top of the vynl I'm going to have some jdm stickers, logo and part stickers.
Then around the amp I'm going to put some blue led strips . Would love to hear some feedback
just curious are you doing this simply for style, car show points or are you also tryning to have a good sound system?
i have a kicker L3 solobaric(square) sub powered by a 1000 watt amp in my car and it sounds amazing.
. if your doing it for style , good luck with your project and take your time fiberglass is a HUIGE PITA if you have never done any thing like this before.
