cam gears??
With the right breathing tools (i.e. more than just an intake), you can see tremendous gains NA with a well dialed in cam. Turbo is not the solution to everyone's problems. Sometimes it is better and more financially sound to leave a non-turbo-from-the-factory car NA.
with breathing mods and a cam and gears you can see tremendous gains... I dont think hte stock cam, even dialed better will result in a super gain in power... it will probably gain some, but I dunno if it will be what you are expecting

Do some of you even know what and how much effort to tune and maintain a turbo for the long haul? It's not plug and play like a computer on a legacy system. Turbo isn't as simple like some people try to pimp the idea.

yeah TCing a car is a huge thing, and it's definatley not as easy as it looks or as most people make it sound...not only does it take a lot for the turbo itself, but like he said, on the long haul keeping the rest of your engine in good shape is no walk in the park...worth it...oh yeah...if you're willing to put in the wrench time...

Just like previously pointed out, if you have the money and the right amount of supporting mods, then camshafts can add tremendous power. However, they are different for each application so an NA cam will more than likely rob you of power than a turbo cam, in a turbo setup. HP gains from cams cannot be quantified; it all depends on the mods you have.
