Rob @ RRM says he's seen the O-Z's lifters.
He recommends NOT screwing with the ECU.

Frankly, I get pissed of when the throttle shuts down.

AEM has a plug and play engine management for the 02-03 lancer dunno if it is for ours or overseas since it says for 2.4L sent them a email asking them. I still think you should leave the computer alone unless you doin big boost and internals.

Something like AEM's management suite and Greddy's E-Manage are not things you want to look at unless you've done some very serious work. Hobie's first post said it best. Way to many people borrowing from the PS2 school of tuning. An AFC with good mods (beyond bolt beyond bolt ons beyond bolts ons, there I said it. Repeatedly.) is all you'll ever practically need. Hell, even with forced induction you won't need huge processing power.
