yeh I had a hell of a problem to put the RRM single strut bar on too. One side is on, and the other is hard as hell rite?

Don't just pound it with a rubber mallet, u'll like scratch the shiet of the strut bar. Don't do that. Just jack up the side that won't go in, and u'll see it actually just fall into place. Trust me. I had to pay $10 to see a guy do that in a shop. save the money, jack it up, be happy, and drink some ~!

Yup, what ^^^ said. If you really get flustered, you could always just disconnect both struts and feed them straight up through, but then you may be forced to get an alignment when you're done. Just put one side on, jack up the opposite side, and it should fit on nicely. Be thankful you didn't get the RMR bar. Even though it is superior to all, it is a B**** to put on compared to all others.

I had the same problem with the RRM K-Bar but all I did was start to thread all the bolts first without tightening them all down first, then I tightened them all down once they were all on. Did it pretty quick too... only like 10-15 mins.

the welds inside the bolt holes for the RRM might be getting in the way. i dremel'd the welds out so it's completely round inside so i don't have trouble taking it off or on.
