Ok. Here is the word. N/A pistons 10.5 to 1 compression. Pump gas friendly still but with more umph than stock and will handle some NOS. How much NOS? Don't ask me. Price will be the same as RRM turbo forged pistons. $699. If you are serious let me know on email. I want to put together an order for some. If there is not enough guys wanting them I may scrap the idea.

Yay for 10.5:1!

OK, just got my email back from Rob. I'll be putting some money down to reserve a set. We need 5 people to get them at this price, so get your orders in! Please!

what kind of gains would you expect with 10.5 instead of 10?

STock is 9.5 to 1 so........ Figure on 15 % or around 25 h.p. That is my educated guess. The more mods you have figure more than that.

You are positive that the stock ECU will be able to run these pistons no prob or will you need some sort of Piggy computer?

Stock should run it fine. Maybe just incease fuel pressure a bit or use a piggyback. Once a local has them installed we can come up with a map for guys with pistons or something like that.

Assuming anyone gets them installed before me, I'll be interested to hear if "should" becomes "does." But I do plan on buying the piggyback down the road, so it'll all work out either way.

Well, then you guys should do what I'm doing. Grab your trusty credit card and put some money down. This way, you show RRM that you're serious, and there's a set reserved for you when they come in. Then just pay off the rest when you get your payday.

PS - Rob, if you don't endorse my statements, let me know and I'll edit them away.
