If I go turbo I'm going with RRM. And I knew that before this thread, and that's before I've seen one of their kits in person. But from what I've seen and read on this forum, and theirs, RRM's stuff looks better, works better, and the support they give to their customers is great.

In addition, they are the only company I know of that if you buy one of their products used will talk you through an install. I helped a friend install one of their Piggy Backs a few weeks ago and not only did one of the guys walk me through the install he took pics of the parts and sent me them. Even if you pay more, you get way more with RRM. They have been good to this community.

It sucks but I might not make it in time for their Header sale that is going on right now but I'm buying my header from them, no matter the price later this summer. I'm also looking into some of their other products as well. RRM will have me as a customer in the future cause they have been so good to me in the past.

damn, i come home from my cousins to see this!!

well heres my input:

As Rob knows, i got the RRM setup because i wasnt too knowledgable about turbos and i wanted something that was tested again and again and people were happy with.

I wanted to install this kit and have no problems while doing so and i had no install problems at all.

i bought this kit so RRM would be there to help solve my problems which i knew i would get into and they did.

gabe at rrm fixed all my little mistakes for free everytime i went down there. they tapped my header for my egt for free, fixed my sparkplug problem for free, gave me a new gasket for free because i forgot to tighten some bolts, let me use their shop to switch out my suspension for free and a lot more things that i dont feel like typing right now.

basically, i wanted something that wouldnt fail on me and cost me more in the long run and i wanted something that looked nice... and it does.

AND FURTHERMORE
I even gave this guy props from time to time because i didnt want to totally bring him down so you cant say im so egotistical and was running my mouth off on this guy, but he paid for what he got and what he deserves is what he paid for.

so upload this video because i didnt even get to see it

That's how they've always been... local guys know it and even guys that live hours away know it as they've experienced it first hand.

Whether over the phone, thru pm's, thru emails, or in person they never stop backing their products... even if you purchased them used. They go beyond what any other's i've seen do.

Hell i'm suprised they even make money with some of the things they do... i mean at times they are almost to helpfull!!

I guess I'll add my 2 cents on this rather off topic issue. I, like many have had nothing but great experiences with RRM. I have numerous products of their's on my car I would have it no other way. Does this mean they are the only answer out there? Of course not, but they have spent years building up their reputation and earning our respect. I find it funny how people are getting their panties in a bunch because people choose to support a company with their money. If you don't like RRM, don't buy from them, simple as that. The same who people who bash RRM bash Microsoft for the whole "monopoly" issue. It's not a monopoly if you actually earned it. I don't think anyone would come on hear saying that brembo is a crappy company so why do the same with RRM?
