Front to back or Back to Front?

I'm not sure where to post this but here's the question. I'm planning on getting all the bolt-ons to open up the engine (Intake, TB, Intake Manifold, headers, exhaust.) When I start (already have muffler and intake), which direction should I go? Would I get more power from starting at the intake or starting at the exhaust and going up?

*sigh*

It depends on where you want it.

If you go header, downpipe, high flow cat and catback, you'll lose a little power in the low-RPM range, but gain power in the mid and high-RPM range. Depending on what you buy, you can probably expect a decent HP gain.

If you go IM and TB, you gain more power throughout the RPM range. But it's just a few HP.

I would go back and forth ex. exhaust, intake, header, tb, and intake mani. This way you'll gain a little of each as you build up.

ok thanks, cause basically i know if i were to start at the exhaust, i would lose a lot of back pressure cause not as much air would be getting into the engine to get out. but ok, i guess i'll just jump around, so next i guess is the headers. thanks

I would definately start with the intake/exhaust route first. If you start with header/downpipe all that freshly bolted on power is going to be restricted as soon as it hits your stock exhaust from the cat back. Sort of the same with the intake, if you are not able to suck in plenty more fresh air, then what good is opening up the exhaust system when no more air is being taken in.
I'm not saying that none of that will not do any good if you don't go in the order I suggested, just that in that order I believe you will get the most power out of the mods without restricting some of your power gains more than necessary.
