^^ Go ahead and send it to him now. There were 11 of us who prepaid, you'll get your product. And you haven't had to wait as long

Boe, sounds good. Once you have the finished product, let us know and then I can tell you where to send them. We drive away on Wednesday, so the latest I could get them here is Tuesday. Otherwise, we won't get to Michigan till Friday early evening, in which case, I wouldn't be able to ge the package till Monday, the 29th.

bro i'll work it out for you no matter what.

Also lucky04... you can paypal me at boeturbolancer@yahoo.com

Right now there are about 15 guys that have prepaid. Some paid via money order and never added their names to the list. Oh well, anyway... i'm having 20 sets made so if you want one you should just pay. They'll be to you by the end of the month.

Once these are gone i'll probably no do them agian. The material is hard to get and if i use cheaper/thicker material you'd need other hardware to install them. Maybe RRM might start carrying them but of course the price would be higher since they'd be reselling.

Talked to the machinest... he scrapped two sheets due to the cutters not being good enough to cut the material. Not to worry i ordered plenty of material. He is going to have to get a diamond cutter for this. It's VERY pricey... once these are done i'll barely break even now due to the cutter.

That being said once completed i will discontinue selling these. It's just to costly and i don't want to raise the price as then it becomes less feasible for sales.

I'll find out how long his tooling will take to get here and let you all know. The run time was about 10 minutes so these will easily be done in a day. I'll keep you all posted. Anyone wanting a refund let me know.

As i said though i won't offer these again and until they are complete i won't accept any further sales. I wan't to make sure no more material gets scrapped. If i have some left over i'll post it.

Sorry this has turned out so crappy. At least they will get done for a great price. From what i've seen these are about a 70-80 dollar savings for you guys. Just wish it was turned around faster.

no worries... i got the bill for the cutter. $273 bucks ... well that should give enough tooling to complete the run. At that price though there is no way i can make these viable for later sales. Thus this will be the only run for these.

The cutters will be in within a few days and the machinist will get back to work. I'm going to see if RRM will continue these since there will already be a fixture made and tooling issues worked out. Unfortunately it is a big out of pocket expense to do this... that's why i had to have guys prepay.

I'll let you know how that all turns out but for now things are on track and going forward as planned. Once the run is complete i'll post the sets i have extra. And those that have been pm'ing me for purchase will be able to buy those.

Later guys,
Boe
