^+1 to Wadad.

Obviously whenever a customer is not happy he is going to do everything so people will hear about it, but when everything is working like it should ......... you don't do $hit.

Totally understand what you mean. What I mean though is there are so many brain washed people that actually backs up that kind of comment comming from RRM.

If RRM says A, then brain washed guy says A as well. So if RRM says User Error, then brain washed guy will also say User Error. And that will go on until RRM is kicked off my so called pedestral. Don't get me wrong... RRM is a great company for the Lancer community. I just think they're not as great as they want you to think they are.

But then again... that's only how I see it, and not everyone shares my opinion.

BTW... no offense intended to anyone in particular with my so called "brain washed people".

WRONG. This board is filled with RRM success stories.

You're right, this board is filled with RRM success stories but every time there is some kind of a problem people are throwing unsuitable comments like : kicking someone out of their pedestal.

I think RRM is one of the best vendors out there because they test their products to make sure it will be safe to use. For example when I order their high compression pistons they told me to use high octane gas and it will work fine. Everything is working fine except couple of problems related to the way the pistons were installed. Was it RRM's responsibility to tell me that the guy who installed my pistons wasn't going to pay attention?

Same goes for fiberglass body parts. Even if RRM would post a big sign "might not fit perfectly" people would still complain.

C'mon now... RRM is the best seller out there because they've got no competition.

I didn't say anything about rrm grill or any type of grill. As you said yourself, ignorant comments is what get people banned. I have the same problem with my grill myself and it's not even rrm grill. And it's really bad for your image to burn on other people specially if you only make assumptions. Have I ever burn anyone on this site? no. It's because I have respect on people and i try to make constructive criticism as best as possible. Have i ever been burned by other people before? yeah. It's because they forgot to listen and respect other people's opinion so i try to change myself to get mutual understanding for both sides. What I said isn't ignorant, but it's a hard fact that happend to my friend and acquaintances. My friend got a carbon fiber trunk for his civic and the gap is about half inch. The thief broke through it and stole everything inside the trunk. My friend's friend got shaved doors whch uses radio signals to autmatically open. The person used different frequencies to unlock his car and now his car got stolen.

It's because of that behavior that makes sellers stop making stuff for us. What will you gain going after me? none. what will you gain on this discussion? knowledge. I could criticize tons of people here right now but I don't since I have my own flaws and my own beliefs. I don't force my opinions on others like most people here do. I have no right to say negative things to people specially when they don't deserve it. I'm not egotistical and say "your ugly", "i don't like what you say", "you don't even know what your doing". These are the things that breaks evom unity apart. Probably I don't have the knowledge that most people have here but I can say that I'm far off better because I put my theories into practice. Learning creates wisdom; knowlege is not power but the ability to use/apply knowledge is power.

Changing yourself is better than to change others. It's quite a pathetic belief but if you can change yourself to change others for the benefit of all seems much better. Constructive criticism, changing yourself, respect, and applying knowledge in real life makes you a respectable person. Believe, listen, understand, and always look behind the meaning of words. Most of us usually forget those, even I. It hurts me that some member here can only trample people to the ground forcing their own ideas, trying to change others. Trust me you will not gain anything from it. People who can only blame and not find solution is ignorant. Even if greenpsycho got banned for a month, most people respect and misses him. because he uses his knowledge not keeping it in the head, just looking forward to solutions... too bad that his destructive critcism went overboard. I hope it doesn't happen to the rest of you.

Their marketing strategy took them out of the run long ago.

On a side note:
knowlege is not power but the ability to use/apply knowledge is power.

Let give the thread starter back his topic....

Is it His fault?
RRM's fault for the molding process?
UPS or whoever shipped the grill for shipping it under incorrect temperatures to allow the grill to keep it's shape?
Or is it just that FIBREGLASS sucks

There back on topic..

1. No
2. Yes/No cause fiberglass is indeed unpredictable at 100%
3. We would need to pay an @ss load of cash to ship in a stable temp envirnment
4. Most likely part of the equation too

first off, you're an idiot. you go and make a thread totally trashing rrm and expecting them to fix it.

i havent had a problem with any of rrms stuff so thats why im always there to back them up. ive bought tons of stuff from them also and theyve given me so much time in installation and troubleshooting.

you're pretty damn lucky they're helping you after all this. im sure if you act like a reasonable 14 year old they will gladly help you with your problem. seriously, if someone totally trashed you to all of your customers then wants help on something would you even give them the time of day? go change your diapers and work this out like an adult.
