sometimes it isnt because of RRM, if they have an X an=mount of grilles that they sell all from the same batch and 1 of those grilles theres a complaint, then what would you expect....

my RRM CF grill Fit perfect on my stock hood no gaps or anything like that, but it goes in my VIS hood, and theres a gap? now is that RRMs fault? CMON

its not surprising that most of the people that replied, are the ones that you see every single time coming into a thread like this and egging it on...

and people wonder why other companies dont invest inmore things for the lancer...

they said send me pics and i did, still no response all they said is i put it on wrong and i should slot it, CANT BE DONE....and yet 60 more post and nothing more from them? no response, ive tried privately and yet nothing, ive phoned and no help~~~not even a home remidy to fix

-so far ive herd heat it up and stretch, hellls no aint goin work
-put door moulding on it, dude cmon rubber gasket on the bottom of my grill
-take to body shop so they can mould it bttr, gimme a break

RRM should admit they f u c k e d up and either apologize nicely or respond at least, im not a dick, i just hate gettin ripped off, put yo asssses in mah shoes....

ADULT-- meets girlfriends dad for first time and is polite, shakes hand firmly, and goes from there.

CHILD-- meets girlfriends dad for first time and grabs her *** in front of him, punches him in the face for supposedly checking out her *** as you grabbed it, then stomps on his nuts while he's on the ground!

While the later would be hillarious to watch it's not the right thing to do. This post started off on the wrong foot and the children of the boards joined in the stomp fest.

Brain washing, mindless zombies, loyal customers... all words used in this post to attack. What gets me is the two pics i'm seeing are of cars with body kits on them... wow, check out the fitment of the body kits... don't line up with the hoods at all, big gap around the lights... hmmm i wonder... if there's a gap on the grill would it be WAY OVER exagerated by a poorly fitted body kit... YEUP.

I'm glad to see RRM stepped up to address this... i wonder though... why didn't you try to work it out with them first and once it was resolved post about it if you still felt the need. At least then you could have said,

"Got a crappy fitting grill... took some complaining but RRM sent me a better one... i'm happy but just wanted people to know to keep their eyes out for bad grills."

Maybe that's just to adult for some though huh? What a BS post... made even more BS buy little kiddies that look for ways to aggitate while not actually getting into the fight physically. GOT TO LOVE THE INTERNET!! Only place you can play these games without fear of getting called out!!

rock i dont enjoy posting....i got bttr things to do.....putting a grill on that dont fit doesnt strike me as a bumpin friday night, and i did try and resolve this privately like ive said a number of times, and forums are a great place to complain and discuss bad parts and warn others about fitment problems.......how else can i reach over 1000 ppl....

Now tha next time some1 wants to order this part they will question the fitment and it could save them alot of trouble.....

and i will call rrm tommorw at work "AGAIN" to see if all this BULLS&%T has made them think twice........................

I answered your email the same day, answered your PM the same day, Asked you to send pics so that when you called we had something to discuss (ie Photos.) I know of no call from you. I check my message pad and call everyone back. If there is a problem with the grills or the mold, I will pull all of them off the shelf and test fit them before shipping any other grills. If the mold is warping I will replace it. As for helping you, forget it. Our customers know we always work out any problems that is why so many come to defend us.

DON"T CALL ME! In the end, keep the grill, burn it, sell it on ebay, take it out on a date on Friday night. I don't care. I will refund you in full an ask that you do not order anything from us in the future. I really have no time to spend on someone that cannot follow reasonable procedures, as asked, to help resolve any issue. Plenty of other vendors are glad to serve you. Email webmaster@roadracemotorsports.com with your real name, so I know who to refund.

he says he "tried to contact them" please, everytime i call over they seem to be helpfull, only nubiez that swear they are the most important people...dude how many days did you even give it for them to correspond back to you in email? does it ever occur in your head they they also might be busy, and tho that is not excuse, that also doesnt mean that they sit unfront of the computer all day waiting for an email, since most of the time theres like a max of three people at the shop

 

trust me one bad grille doesnt do S H I T. their fault or not. seems like all we got figured out is that your a moron, because even in canada, its only wednesday night, not friday.

and this part has been discussed over and over again. most of the people seem to like it and have even bought a few...so, your one lil B I T C H *** complaint wont bother most people, its just gets the people all hard, that dont like RRM for thier own reasons or some for no reason at all....
