Does anyone know if the CF grills have this problem too? Are they overlayed of molded?

Nah... that's got to be the customer and/or shipping company's fault

WOW, that's really bad but nothing a regular body shop couldn't fix.

I hope you are not driving around like that.

Look at both pics... The silver one and the black one. Don't you see a pattern? Warpping is unpredictable right? So it should appear randomly on different parts of the grill. Right? Then why are both warping in the same place?

I'll agree on saying the silver one amplifies the damage since the bumper isn't sitting perfectly either. But we still see the same grill defect pattern.

BTW... I don't expect RRM to be perfect. I don't expect RRM to replace all the grills out there. But I sure expect them to trash whatever amount of warped grills they have left and make a better batch.

I work in the printing industry. If our negative are slightly off, we don't keep printing and act as if nothing was wrong. We trash the whole thing and start over. That how we keep our customers happy, that's how our customers reffer us to other business and that's how we keep on making more and more cash. Taking a small hit from trashing a small amount of stuff is usually well worth the investment.

From the Lancer's grille, to facial grilles...love'n it! BTW, my front bumper is gapping bad on the passenger side between the fender and the bumper too. I know once I get a weekend, I'll fix most of it...but the obvious curve on the lower-bottom side of the grille has got to go.

Speaking of grilles, just saw this on Ebay... ( http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/GRILL...02098665QQrdZ1 ) Is this actually for an Endeavor or just another grille for other Lancer?
