Don't get me wrong but doesn't stock Lancer ES have 120 HP? I will get pics up here sometime. I will probably bring the digital when I get it fixed to take pics if they will let me. I will post some this weekend probably.

I can get away with anything here in my town with my car being loud and tricked out. We have no sound ordinance, there are some tint regulations, but cops don't say anything normally. I know the chief of police here and he lets me go around at night with my underglows on, it's sweet ****. Other than that yeah Hawaii probably is better, but I would rather travel across the states in my vehicle than just one.

Honestly whomever could do my turbo install here without taking it to a dealership or garage, I plan on giving $1 k. That is when everything works. Same for body kit, except paint cost excluded.

Alrigth since we are on the topic of getting my car fixed should I have the dealership do it, or take it to the shop that can do turbo? Meaning if the turbo shop can fix my probs and do the turbo, should I go that way or through the dealer I got it from.
My advice would be to wait till the car is fixed than decide if you even want to go turbo. You'll have to break the engine in again so if you do decide to continue with the turbo you might want to hold off for awhile anyways. In the end you're gonna spend a lot of money, probably a few thousand to fix the car (since you'll probably need new pistons, rings, maybe rods and quite a bit of labor work) and then another 3-5 thousand getting the turbo. Are you going for a custom turbo kit or a pre made kit like RRM?
