Cheap mods?

I searched and couldn't find much on these. Are any of these actually beneficial, even if no power is gained? I already know the heat wrap thing helps with heat, but what about that coolant bypass thing or IAT sensor relocation? Thanks.

I don't think we have an IAT. The only wiring in the intake tract is the MAS.

Coolant bypass works. They'll all do a small amount, but nothing huge (or worthwhile, if ya ask me).

"However, there is a way to "trick" the engine computer
into thinking that the incoming air is a little cooler than it
really is, and therefore get the ECU to advance the timing a
small amount and increase fuel supply at the same time"

why would you want a NA lancer to run any richer than it already is?

Well.. cheap mods? What is cheap? Performance mods only?

Cheap performance mods for small power gains/handling:

--Short Shifter (manual tranny)
--Strut bars, tie bar, sway perches
--Hood duct
--Properly inflated tires
--Good oil/filter/ other fluids
--Grounding kit
--New bushings

Visual enhancing:
--Eyelids/Grill
--Repaint certain parts ordering your paint from www.paintscratch.com to match the car
--CF "reflector" replacements
--Debadge
--Different bulbs
--Vinyl sunshade thing over the windshield (looks pretty good and blocks the sun)
--Window tint
--Quality shift knob/e-brake handle

Yeah i already got the pulley, intake, im auto so no short shifter or bushings, and i got all the bars, and I'm waiting to buy a full CF hood with ducts built in. Also while on the subject, does a grounding kit actually help that much if you dont have a lot of electronics? if so, would an ebay kit be ok?
