Hoen headlamp bulbs?
Anyone got these bulbs? http://www.hoen-usa.com/
Are they legit? Or are they just as good as SilverStars and other claiming to be bright bulbs? Because Im thinking about purchasing a pair. Because Im looking to find headlamp bulbs for my Lancer es 02 that look very white, sort of blueish too. But I dont want to spend money on a HID kit. Cant spend that kind of money right now. Anyone know of bulbs that give that HID effect very well?

i havent seen them on any lancers but i know they make the same for the lincoln ls which a friend of mine has and he put them in and they actually look really nice i would def reccommend them over the SilverStars.
