They already make projectors and black out headlights for your years and for cheap just look at ebay. The 02-03 dont have projectors even being thought about being made. I would like to see projectors in the Cedia style lights or even the factory ones.
+2 for the Wide Body Kit I'd enter a group buy for that if it looks good. If you come up with a good design for a Wide Body Kit but can't mass produce then talk to Dave@Accolade maybe he'll take your prototype and mass produce it (thats if he hears that enough people are interested.)

How bout a hood lift damper kit to get rid of the hood prop rood. I made my own from some things I put together from AutoZone but i sure the Lancer community can benefit from that.

And here's the stock headlights retro'd by another friend of mine

Well as far as that is concerned no I dont know what the hell I'm doing I do motors and electrical. I'm sure that I can figure that out knowing a bit of information like what projectors to use and would anything have to be glassed..... but hey since you make it sound like its so easy for you and your friends to do why dont you provide them to the lancer community for a fair price or put together a DETAILED (as in assuming that the person knows nothing about this) howto and post it in the howto section.
