how bout this for a 13 second lancer.

pistons, rods,-1500

injectors, fuel pump, fuel press. reg., - prolly less? 1000

LSD, stickiest tires you can fit on your stock wheels- 1500

nitrous kit, say 100 shot maybe 150, 200 hp shot-1000

do the work your self, get that wire to flash the ecu, have a pro tune it, and bam!
now thats a lil more than 5 g's but might be the most realistic.

You do not need pistons and rods to run 13s. And you do not need nitrous. BOETURBOLACNER ran 13s with RRM Non-IC kit and LSD on stock OZ tires! That is it!

ROAD/RACE

 

Well really sticky tires and a LSD will cost a lot more than 1500$, you'd probably be looking at 1800$ to 2000$ for that alone. As for a massive nitrous kit, something tells me that would work. I mean really our engine dies on 50 shots, even with upgraded rods and pistons a 100 shot would be pushing it at a 150 shot would be out of the question.

 

13 is not possible on a lancer engine without a turbo. End of discussion, you need a turbo.
