You can but you do not have to. Bracket are there for the upper shield but we really left them on for mounting brace for our turbo kit. At leasat you can build off of our header and get our non-IC or t-28 IC kit. They are actually made to bolt to our header setups ofr OZ,LS,ES.

I had mad problems with that Damn Nut from Hell! I had to use the peel-back method. I thought everything was good since I had the CEL eliminator on the header and never bothered with the 2nd O2 sensor. After about a day and a half, the light came on. Just ordered another CEL eliminator, hopefully this will elminate the problem once and for all. Great write-up, I probably never would've gotten the old header off if it wasn't for this thread.

Cel emliminator goes onthe second 02 not the HEADER. Take it off the header and install it in second bung. That is how it works.

Well I ordered the RRM header w/CEL eliminator about 2 and a half weeks ago. I have the receipt somewhere in my house. I just ordered the 2nd CEL eliminator last night and it looks like it's already being processed.

Well I've read that some people still had problems with it. I'll try that and see if it clears it while I wait for this one to come in the mail.

I'm glad my How to helped you out. But yeah, the CEL goes on the cat, not the header. I made another thread about it somewhere...

That's good to know that it's a small problem and an easy one to fix. Should just take 15 minutes to do, which is a relief. Thanks! Now I'll have an extra CEL eliminator as a back-up, whenever it gets here.

Thanks. I'll pray I don't have too much of a problem. When I do, I'll be thinking of you guys before me. I'd hate to have to run to an exhaust shop or having to torch the crazy thing.
