failry easy to keep it jdm. roll your fenders and run the widest te37 wheel you can with a lil stretched tire. drop it on coilovers. window tint. black out heads. evo VII tails. get the cedia front bumper.... Keep it clean

You can get a few things from Ralliart's Japanese site under the link "Parts/Support Item". Granted that's not JDM in the sense of making our car into a stock japanese lancer cedia, but cool stuff anyway.
Also check Yahoo Japan's auctions, you may be able to find some stock jdm equipment for sale. I can't think of a lot that's different on a comparable trim level Cedia to our lancers. I know you could get them AWD and with a GDI engine. I know that they have the word "C E D I A" where ours has "L A N C E R". I know they have different headlights that are widely known of on this forum and everyone seems to want them(self included). Lastly, I know they come equipped with rear wiper, less jutting bumpers due to different front/rear crash protection regulations, a navigation system where our clock is, a different hazard light location and fog lights.

So then, a shopping list:

Cedia Headlights
MX series front bumper(JDM early style, fits the JDM fog lights)
MX series front lip(for the OZ rally JDM feel)
JDM rear bumper
Evo/Cedia rear windshield w/wiper(I've heard we have the wiring and plug already there for it)
"C E D I A" Trunk Bage
Any small GPS navigation screen that can fit where our clock is mounted
Amber side marker lights(cause it's the law.... in japan at least)
15" inch Mitsu alloys(just because)
LS/OZ edition spoiler, side skirts and rear lip(would need to be cut to fit the bumper I'd think)

....And with that, I think you'd have it to be looking the same as the non-AWD Cedia. I dunno if the AWD version looked any different. For added flair, buy some of the stuff from Ralliart Japan(if you've got the kinda money to get all this in the first place), go to Mitsubishiparts.net and get the "LANCER" door sill guards, license plate frames, exhaust tip(if staying stock), and window visors.

Yeah, I kinda wanna do some of that to mine, but I wanna get rrm's evo VII front conversion because my crash bar's bent and I don't wanna buy another, lol. I think your biggest problem will be finding the bumpers, as Japanparts doesn't seem to actually sell them. I think the car would look cool this way, too bad we can't get the AWD as well.

im not too concerned about the AWD.. i just want tons of eye candy with purpose.. i dont wanna waste money on parts that dont work and look good and vice versa.. i like the ralliart under body brace and front strut bar as well as the samco radiator hoses..

yeah, I dunno what those cost, and shipping is gonna suck on this stuff, but I think it'd be worth it. On the other hand, I'd bet one could easily fabricate that underbody brace if they simply took that picture and went and measured out the mounting points on their car. My dad could do a steel one, but that'd be kinda heavy. Wonder what the Ralliart one is made with? Another thought, I mentioned 15 inch stock alloys... Do they even make those for ES? I thought I read somewhere that newer years (04+) got 15's on the ES, but I dunno. I'll have to call my local dealership or something.

Edit: Just got off the phone with the dealership, and surprisingly(to me at least), there are multiple factory alloy styles availible for the Lancer ES trim. Which means that tomarrow I'm gonna have to go look at some wheels, lol. People must think I'm odd getting all exited over factory rims.

I'm not, guessing Cadiluva is Cuban-American, but just guessing, lol. No, seriously, I'm not japanese, and I realize that the expense of the parts I mentioned to make a USDM lancer LOOK like a JDM lancer cedia would be really high, and cost prohibitive for the most part. It's not too hard to figure out what a JDM lancer cedia would look like, I'm just not sure if the AWD(I remember reading somewhere that you could in fact get a cedia with AWD) would look the same as a FWD cedia, the latter of which I've seen pictures of. Also off topic, but why would you ask if we were japanese?

In the end, would it really be worth it? You're talking about thousands of dollars just to make the car look JDM. Hell just the front bumper will set you back 600$ with shipping, then you need the side skirts to match (if you buy them from a JDM source I'd wager 300$), rear bumper will probably be the same as the front and then there's the rear lip. That would be over 1500$ just on the exterior. Interior wise you'd need to switch the car to RHD (easily over 1000$ right there), then you'd need all the JDM interior goodies like the navigation (which won't work anyways), and I'm sure other things. Then you'd need the wheels which if you get from the dealership will be over 1000$ guaranteed. Right there you have over 3000$ just to make a car look JDM. If I were you I'd keep it simple. Get the cedia front bumper since it looks great and just use the stock skirts and rear lip since you can get those used on here for pretty cheap. Interior wise you could just upgrade to the evo recaros and for the navigation just go to a stereo shop. Wheels wise you have a lot of options that won't cost an arm and a leg.
