Ok heres the deal im new and have questions i have looked everywhere and could not find an answer so im asking you guys the experts...

I have a 2003 Lancer OZ Rally, i put the OZ and EVOVIII side by side and notice the headlights and taillights on the evo look smaller, i was wondering can i put a EVO 8 hood Wide fenders and front bumper on a 2003 OZ rally, of course im not going to get the origional EVO 8 kit but i noticed they make different kits for the oz then the evo, and was wondering what can i do to make this transformation.. even if i have to buy the headlights *would it all be bolt up? and does the engine in the OZ match up with engien in evo 8? are all componets same but without modifications like the evo? can u purchase evo 8 stuff and put it into my 2003 oz rally?

Just some questions i would like answered, i was only approved for a 9k auto lone so i was not able to get an evo but with the money i got from selling my other car i would like to make a custom transformation without haveing to pay for an evo and basically rip it apart to do what i want.. WASTE of money and my friends said going with an OZ was a better choice if im going to do modifications to it.. rather then an evo..

Sorry to sound intrusive, but your friends said it was better modding an OZ Rally compared to an Evo? Is that based on financial status or performance?
