OP I think you lucked out, I'd bring it to the dealer and get that fixed ASAP.

 

It's only the second year of a completely new body style, so that's all par for the course and fixable. Look at the bright side, I'm sure the 2009's are waaaaay less noisy than my '03 was when it was new, and especially now. Just think about how much less comfortable and practical it could eventually be if and when you decide to modify it.
