I always had some concern with the point i lift the car with both with a floor jack and a lift..I use the thing in the front where it is a square shapes piece of metal with my floor jack..it's worked for me fine, but im still worried. im wondering if anyone could point out the floor jack points AND lift points on the USDM lancer with pictures..because pictures say a thousand words thx everyone

maybe someone like Rob can point it out since u work on your lancer all the time in your shop! thx again! look forward to hearing an answer!

 

its in the manual.

 

i believe i checked, it only has the emergency jack points.

 

The manual shows the 4 points on the rails. It recommends you use the points designated by the little notches in the rails, and then I use the frame for jack stands in the front, and a different section of the rails in the back.

 

I use those points in the rails for my stands... I just put the jack a couple inches behind the notches just for moving the car up or down
