And yeah you guys are totally right about the outlines which is ticking me off. Ive gotten all the old adhesive off, but I think the only way to erase the outlines is to cover it over with a paint job haha.
Buff the paint. I had outlines on my car when i debadged it and at the time i was managing a detail center so i just had my employees buff it with a high speed buffer and it was a perfect blend in.

Well I bought Plastidip and 3M badge "glue".

Basically remove the badge, do the Plastidip spray, no clearcoat or sanding or anything, let it dry and reapply?

Yeah, I wouldnt sand plastidip lol. But...oh no well you should be good if its plastidip SPRAY. Otherwise, you would somehow have to take off the extra drop from the end you dipped it in if you got the original plastidip. But Idt the spray has that problem... Happy plastidippin'

Uh no offence mister Jhony505, but if you mess up all you have to do is let it dry then peel it off. Thats the beauty of plastidip. And since your spraying just make sure there are several coats on so its thick enough. Its definitely a learning experience but nothing permanent.
