My New 2012 Lancer GT 5MT!!!

Hey everyone. I finallyyyy picked up my new 12MY Lancer GT 5MT about a month ago and i'm loving it! The options that came with it were navi & aluminum shift knob/brake. They enhance the look of the interior which is fine for me to begin with btw. I thought that I wouldn't like the piano black dash inserts but they actually look very good in-person. The fast key is pretty awesome too.

I come from a Saturn SL1 & I now receive many looks & compliments on the car. I can only imagine what having an Evo as DD would be like. I've only seen two other Octane Blue Lancer GTS's in town. My gas mileage so far is at 25.4 MPG with about 80% City driving. 960 miles are on the clock. I'm also a fan of the Ralliart style front bumper.

Now things that I DONT like... the shifting is a bit notchy, the USB iPod interface if verrrryyy slow and there is not a auz/rca input option. Sometimes the navi screen is hard to read in sunny conditions but I'm just happy to have one.

no radio?

UPDATE: I went to turn on the radio and I got nothing. I guess that's why I haven't received a single traffic update. All fuses are in, & the antenna is secure. Maybe the antenna isn't plugged into the headunit???? Taking it into the dealer soon.

The navi definitly makes the interior look much nicer but I think it's a bit over priced in my opinion if compared to some aftermarket ones. Anyway congrats

im actually looking at one in the same exact color! just without the nav, 25.4 mpg not bad, i would want a little closer to 27-28

Cool. Keep us updated. You can get 27-28 mpg if you take it easy. I got 27.2 mpg on one of my fuel up intervals (228 miles & about 30% highway / 70% city) when I drove for good fuel economy.
