i got the whole apex 1 kit, dont worry ill make it fit though.

 

I learned from everyones posts not to order from accolade and I just got the kaminari kit. I dont see why some of you dont like it. Kit looks great to me.

i thought that also, so i took it off and it was the piece of plastic that it rests on. the stock hood is curved just right but the accolade one is more flat.

 

im confused so now it fits fine?

WOW. it looks like the old hood that they no longer carry... They discontinued that hood because of fitment problems. LOL. Seriously, they have their new GT hood that fits like a glove... I know they didnt even offer that hood to me when I made my first order a couple months ago - the pic was still on their site and they told me once the last couple were gone, they'd be bringing out the "direct bolt on" GT Hood.... have them send you a new one if you are not happy with it, they'll do it.

 

great ol' accolade...im surprised you even got the kit. the dude in that sweatshop seriously needs to start eating food.

 

damn that sucks.... no hook to clip the hood down? seems like accolade is full of excuses. good luck with the rest of the kit.
