problem with paint !!

Question problem with paint !!

Does anyone know how can I fix some white spots that appeared on my car It seems like its all scratched and my car Its tarmac black so I think that makes it worse to deal with,, know does anyone knows if there is a special wax or something like that I could use to fix this problem ?? Ive really appreciated

I used this stuff (white can) ever since I've owned my Lancer; gets everything, and I mean everything off. Hell, if it takes paint-transfer off from door dings it can do tar, bugs, white spots, etc.

And have no fear, like it says it's clear coat and paint safe. I wouldn't use it otherwise...
