cruise control not working

so ive had my car for 11 months now and I tried cruise control for the first time and it didnt work. I even read the manual to make sure I was doing it right, after I realized it wasnt working. I have a 5spd gts with the only mod of rrm sri. I know this is an automatic "take it to the dealer" thing, but has this happened to anyone else? And yes i know the speed you have to go to be able to use c.c.

I'd bet you're doing it wrong (no offense, but that's the answer 90% of the time).

i just hit the cruise button and then coast set. then adjust it with acc res or the pedal. i think its fun to hold in the acc res and get my car torque to push me back lol.

it is nice because my girlfriend lives back 5 miles off the main road and if i dont feel like going 70mph i can just cruise.
