I just bought a 09 Lancer GTS with the sound package. I find that it seems to lack a good high, bass and mids are ok. I've tried to change the settings to bring out the highs but with no luck. Does anyone else feel the same way? Also would a change in the speakers work better?

if u feel its lacking u might as well upgrade...im fine with mine, wish it had more bass, but is good right now..i jus sued to have a sound system so im comparing it to sumtin else...its funny tho ive noticed, when im playin music from my zune, that at the beginning of a track itll be way loud then tune itself down a lil bit...neone else notice this? i remeber on my dads mercedes it had some kind of feature like this but it was at high speeds itd turn itself up a lil...or it was supposed to, i never noticed it

 

this is why you take the extra 2 grand and buy a professional audio system anyways that is 10x better for less than dealer pricing
