Inner tie rod ends
Inner tie rod ends
I brought my car to get aligned today and they told me the car needed new inner tie rod ends. Does anyone know if autozone ones would be reliable enough with a lifetime warranty, and if someone could tell me how to change them? thanks
i think it was about 240 and that was with a 4 wheel alignment as well. i bought all the parts before (both inners and outers) so theres about another 100 bux there as well to add in the total cost. all in all worth it after trying to get hte inners out myself.

ya that works just make sure they are giving you the RIGHT part. i went in there to get a valve cover gasket for my lancer and they gave me one for a ford v6 truck. little different i think!

Yah i would definetly make sure that you are getting the right parts when you get them ofline. also i dont know how shope do it by you but here if you bring in your own parts the labor rate jumps up 20-40 dollars a hour since they are not making as much money so i would check first with them before you brought them the parts
Well when I brought the car in to get aligned they told me it was going to be $400 with parts and labor and I don't know if that is with the alignment or not. I should probably call around monday morning and get a few quotes for them supplying the parts and/or if I brought them in myself.
