Im looking to buy a CG/CH lancer here in australia to participate in local gravel rallies. The issue im facing with this model is that no one has an off the self approved cage for them. I do however see they have cages for the evos.

So my question is, will a evo cage bolt into the pov pack lancer?
Its my understanding that the bodies are very, very similar.

I just dont want to buy a car and not have a cage for it. I want to keep it to off the shelf cages for ease of install and purchasing.

 

a cage for an evo 8/9 should fit, the entire interior is compatible so it should just bolt in.
