How do you replace the city lights or front sidelights or whatever you want to call it? I can't even see, let alone reach the thing that I need to unscrew and take out to get to the bulbs.

if you are talking about the one that is on the fender just in front of the door, u just push them in and towards the rear of the car and they should come out.

So, I had my front bumper replaced because of a car accident and one of my headlight covers had to be replaced. Well, since i've had my car back, the headlights seem to be shining down towards the ground... I need them a bit higher so I can actually see when I'm driving at night.. Does anyone know how to adjust these? Most cars have like a little screw you can turn to adjust it but I cant seem to find anything on my car...

does anybody know if Hoen or anyone else makes an 1156 bulb that shines white, maybe with a blue tint? I ordered the Hoen H11s to replace my fog lights, but I want to replace the DRL lights on my car. It has OEM projectors and the DRL bulb is an 1156. I found a sylvania at autozone, but it still looks orange when I installed it.

front side marker bulb. 168/194 LED burns out

Hey, Does anyone know if I splice the side marker wire for my HID harness will cause the bulb to burn out faster? mine burnt out the LED in just 1 week.

I wonder why. since I spliced it, it should draw less current since the harness wire is in parallel with the Sidemarker....

Any input?

Exclamation Help please! 2008 mitsu. Evo projector headlamps!

I OWN A 08 LANCER. I CURRENTLY HAVE HALOGEN HEADLAMPS ON MY CAR BUT IVE ALWAYS WANTED THE OEM 08 EVO XENON/PROJECTOR HEADLAMPS.

WELL NOW I OWN THEM, TOOK ME A WHILE TO GET BOTH INDIVIDUALLY, WELL ANYWAY I TRIED INSTALLING ONE THE OTHER DAY AND NOTICED THE PROJECTORS REQUIRE TWO INPUTS, RATHER THAN ONE LIKE ON THE HALOGEN HEADLAMPS.

ONCE I PLUGGED IN THE ONLY CABLE THAT WAS CONNECTED TO MY HALOGENS INTO THE PROJECTORS, THEY DIDNT SEEM TO TURN ON NEITHER THE LOW/OR HIGH BEAMS.

ARE THEY NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MY LANCER? DO I NEED A DIFFERENT HARNESS? PLEASE HELP. THANKS!

sorry to inform you, but you should have done your research on this and many other forums like www.lancertuners.com. Those are not capable with 2008 lancers as 08 lancers are wired in a can BUS system... NOW if you would have gotten 2009+ any lancer it would work.. thats why mitsubishi started to offer the touring package in a 2009 lancer not 2008... i know i used to own a 2008 lancer before i traded it for a ralliart.. ( dont get me wrong IT CAN BE DONE, but requires al lot of knowledge about electronics ) on a 2009+ lancers they are plug and play..

If you have the knowledge keep them and try to wire them up, it wont be easy,... I have seen a thread around one of the forums that one guy did it about a year ago, but thats one guy. if you dont want them sell them or trade a car in for a 2009.
