reupholstery

i don't really have any desire to swap out my seats but i would be interested in reupholstering them. i don't really want leather...cloth would be fine. i'd like the cloth on the doors to match. that part might be a pain in the ***. i dunno.

using all of the home ec. skills i have in my brain, it would seem to be a relatively simple task. any idea how much something like this might run?

Yeah I was thinking about that to seeing how much redoing my seats in yellow and black would be relative to buying yellow racing seats.

my opinion not a task for yourself it's tough and some home ec. skillz ain't gonna help you here. you need someone w/ sowing and measuring skillz.

Time to get out the yellow pages if you ask me. Find an auto upholsterer in the area.

Out of curiousity were you able to do the install yourself? There was a group buy from Katzkin recently that went largely unappreciated and unnoticed. Seems we Lancer people are great at missing the boat.

Doing the interior on the doors wouldnt be too bad but doing the seats is going to need an upholsterer.
