Well I started off RRM non-intercooled and got into an accident...the pipes got bent up a lil bit so i picked up an intercooler and took the car down to TurboTrix. Keith made up some pipes for me and clocked the turbo and what not and I ended up with the following....

what's the difference to the wheels with a non intercooled kit anyway? good enough difference?

The piping looks different from the other setups...did RRM make some changes?

 

turbotrix made all the changes...as far as difference i couldnt tell ya...but im trying to get to 7psi but im scared to keep turning that boost knob...all my guage is reding is 6psi and i turned it likt 1 and a half full turns

yeah i guess ill play with it more tomorrow...i jsut dont want my guage giving me false readings...

i think i may have a small leak in my exhaust or the intercooler plumbing becasue when i start to boost it kinda makes a farty noise..also i lost the sound of the spool becasue of the way they turned the turbo i guess but no big deal...i have to take a look into that noise and then throw on a test pipe and im gonna hit the dyno...

 

How much did you end up spending on piping alone?

 

testpipe is now in and running 7psi...i think i have aan exhaust lea still caus ei dont reach 7psi until 3rd gear..hopefully ill hit the dyno within the next few weeks
