Angry what the hell is it?

There are these spots all over the left side of my car and i cant tell what they are! they wont come off with paint thinner and i cant scrape them off. any ideas

And i know they are not soap spots even though they are white because i could lick those off!

u sure it's not bird poop that's been left on then washed off..?it leaves a kick of cracked white spot where it was and is hard to wash off..u can see it especially if your car is black

Tried a power sprayer 1 inch from the spots? Unless it's chipped, a PS blasting out some serious PSI should blast those spots right off.

Sounds like hard water spots. Use some Goo Gone soap. Stuff is great.

when you say power sprayer your not talking about about a power washer are you. If he uses a power washer hes gonna have alot more spots on his car from missing paint if he holds it one inch from the paint

yeah its has to be water spots only way you can get those out is by waxing or having ur local dealer acid bath the car.

You must have the hardest water on the planet as just any good grease cutting soap (ala the Goo Gone citrus soap I mentioned) is great to get rid of those spots.

easy.....use rubbing compound...thats what i had to use on my whole back bumper cuz it was stained from the exhaust....just don't rub too hard....actually very lightly.

they are from the stuff you put on your tires to make them shiny it happens to me every time i wash the car .... they will eventually fade away
