Ok cool enough...
New idea for you since you mentioned the evo 9 rear...my opinion is the 9 rear should stay on a 9 etc...
you should go with the 7/8 rear for your lancer...I think it looks great and would match what you are going with on your car. It looks similar to the stock bumper, but without the extra length wideness...you will have to remove your rear crash beam but that is no worries as it only protects you from -5mph collisions. (9 bumper you will have to do the same).
For your new wheels...make sure you run as low an offset as possible for the rims...I wonder if +20 would work on a lancer...that would be tight.

I was planning on going with the lowest offset for the rims. I think it's 38 for Lancer's. It's going to be badass once I'm done (wait when is a guy ever done with his car?

johnny just do it step by step , turbo finish first then work on the wheels then body kit last. id say just go back to stock also maybeeee witha lip kit but then again do what u feel will look good an help you out

Turbo is last cuz I mmight have to swap the engine since I had that one incident.

an suki dont worry ryan wotn drive, he wouldnt be able to keep up with the buick he will co run with someone, an it wont be me, my car is heavy enough haha. im takin out the subs an any thing that isnt bolted down on my car haha.

i got 2 tickets the first was i was making a perfectly legal turn around in a PRIVATE church parking lot. my tires squealed on the pavement i wasnt even tryin 2 do that it was just a brand new seal coat so they squealed makin a tight turn.
the second ticket was b/c i apparently i didnt signal when leaving hte parking lot.
so now i haf 2 go 2 court n fight my way outta them.
second yea it does suck cops r big dicks about it! oh n believe me it wouldnt stop me normally but for this 1 i may b losin my license 4 a while if i cant get the 2 tix dropped.

From my experience, you can try explain what ever you want to the cop, but by the time they get through the first sentence, they have already made the decision whether or not to ticket you...

i got a ticket because one of my wires to my HIDs was lose and it flickered as i passed him and he pulled me over because he though i had strobe lights as headlights

i've been driving for about as long as you johnny... and i have never ever been pulled over
it really surprises me because i speed pretty much wherever i go.
i am always going at least 7 over lol
and i have had 2 import sports cars lol... from what i've heard... cope hate them
only downfall is that my new car is red... only god can help me now lol
