That look you have is pretty much what I wanna get to, I'm planning on getting some 16x7 +25 xxr 522s in bronze or that chromium black. Will the +25 have some poke?

16s would work well with coilovers. Also,+25 is a good number if you wanted to get some poke. The lower the offset, the more poke you'll get, basically.

A 7in wide wheel with that offset will not poke, my 16x8's are flush with my fenders. If you want poke go with a 8 and a lower offset than 25

Man, I thought it'd have a little bit of poke. I guess I'll just stick with how it'll look with 7s I'm trying to save up for a different car so I don't wanna put too much money into the ES, hence the springs over the coils. Any one else got any pics of lowered cars I'm taking this thread off topic

How would 16x8.25 or 16x8.5 all around work on our lancer based on your experience? I debating on which i should go for after getting coilovers but I don't really want to roll and pull my fenders as much. any advice would be much appreciated.

If you are gonna go that route you definitely will need to roll and pull your fenders without a doubt unless you are stock height

Tein S Tech

How do the Teins feel? Did they improve handling from stock?

I can say that there is a very noticeable handling difference between stock and the D2 Coilovers I now have on the lancer. The handling is tighter and more stiff, but in a good way, i feel more in control when steering. They are good and bad when referring to how they 'feel'.

Good when on smooth roads

Bad whenever you hit a bump.

Yea I would have to say the same for the Teins, small improvement in handling maybe? But yes bumps are your worst enemy when using lowering springs/coilovers
