pulling to the right

okay first off... I dont' know anything about cars.
I'm learning however lil by lil.

I just put 18's on my car (the Kaminari lancer wheels to be exact)

not when I stop with more than average pressure, it's pulls hard to the right. I have had the wheels balanced and everything. could my breaks have something to do with this and how could I get it fixed?

usually when you put new wheels/tires on your ride your alignment will need to be re-adjusted. when braking hard this is usually most evident. sounds to me like that might be it.

well, i dont know much about alignment but on all cars, if you let go of the wheel, the wheel will still turn the car automatically to the right as a safety precaution so that if you fall asleep at the wheel, the car will steer to the shoulder of the road and not into oncoming traffic, maybe it is alignment but on most cars, that safety precaution is something that is unknown.

I've had my 17's on my car since sept and its always pulled to the right since I bought it in May. It pulls to the right even when I'm just driving not braking (yes alignment has been checked, pressure has been checked, etc) but not really hard as opposed to braking when I have to fight w/the steering wheel @ times to go straight.
