Question ?'s about stripped bolts into sub-frame

The 2 bolts that go through the control arms and into the subframe, in the front supsension were stripped and are now actually stuck in the subframe. Does anyone have any suggestion on how I can fix this problem myself?

I originally took my car in for a rear engine mount replacement, and they tried to move the carriage and in the process, stripped the bolts.

Oh man, that sux. If you can fit a drill in that area, start with a small drill bit and drill out the center of the bolt. Then step up to the next size drill bit and drill it out again. Keep stepping up drill bits until it is just about drilled out completely. Next you will need to dig the bolt out with a screwdriver. If you drill it out properly so there is a hole down the center of the bolt, when you use the screwdriver to dig it out, the bolt should either turn and come out, or bend and break apart. Sometimes you might need to re-tap the threads if they got messed up in the process.
