Installed eibach pro kits but one problem......
I was using a spring compressor... so the whole face thing is unlikely.. i just cant find the tool to actually unbolt the srut - bolt bracket from the strut to realease the spring. Cuz you gotta turn a nut while a bolt is held stationary..

i'm having the same problem and eibach said they have had problems with the upper spring mount. the mount has to have the hole in the upper mount and the hole in the bottom pedastal exactly straight up and down from each other or the spring side loads creating a rubbing noise. if you look at the upper mount you can see that its offset where the bearing sits, the hole in the mount has to face directly out so it sits flat when you turn the wheel,
hope you get it fixed
