im really interested in doing this swap too...i just need to know what parts i need from a donor car near me haha...i guess ill just reflash the ecu instead of getting a m/t one

sometimes you can pick them (ecu) up for real cheap and pick your part, definitely hit up on a 50% off day

start hunting linkage, pedal, actual trans, shift housing, shift stick... might look into short shifter right off the bat so you don't waste money on a stock one when you know you are going to want one later.

Completely agreed with that!....for all the time,frustration and money to do this it's not worth it. If you do it probably won't be as reliable and as clean as a real manual anyways.

It's possible, if I were you and this is the route you really want to take I would look for a cheap car on Craigslist so you can swap all the parts. I mean....that's what I did except I'm also doing an engine swap with the 4G69. I got the car for $1000. Tranny and engine has 65,000 miles on it. The Donor is a 2004 Ralliart.
