so has any one actually done this swap or no ha got a wrecked 03 5 speed waiting to get swapped to my 03 auto. any tips or advice before i just jump into this swap?

Did you ever end up doing it? I’m in a similar situation rn my tranny needs to be replaced and I want to swap it out for a 5 spd manual but the transmission shop I talked to said they won’t do it unless there’s a conversion kit and I’m not far along enough to do it myself
