As much as I really do enjoy my CVT trans, I really would like to swap it to a manual trans. Anyone have any experience with this? Mostly looking for a parts list because I'm sure my list is missing a lot.

I'm also considering going all out and converting to AWD as well. Any help is appreciated!!

 

I do not have the experience but I do remember following a youtube channel several years back of some Brazilian taking his CVT lancer to the track. Eventually, he did the swap from a donor car I believe. Now it took me a bit to understand what was going on as it was all in Portuguese. But I do remember that you can just swap out your gauge cluster with no DTCs.

 

If I where you I would pick up a "Lancer Service Manual" and study the crap out of your engine components and how the CVT connects to the Engine Block via Flywheel and Torque Converter and how the Manual connects to the Engine Block via Clutch Pack and Clutch Plate.
