How do you turn the CEL off?
Last week, one of my red silicon hoses slipped off shortly after I installed it and made the CEL come on. The 
dealership was nice enough to reset the light for me, but I was wondering if I could have done this at home?

Yeah, resetting the ECU works if you fix the problem the CEL was tripped for.
Or, removing the bezel and putting some black electrical tape over the CEL could help to but the mind at ease... just kidding.
