once my car is up to normal running temp my oil light turns on when it idles then shuts off once i step on the gas . i dont know why its doing this and im wondering if anyone here has a clue about it. thanks

 

first off...does your car have oil?...if you do it could be some kind of oil pressure problem or a faulty sensor. i don't know if the oil pump rises the pressure when there are higher RPM's but you should get it checked out..could be a lose wire on the sensor.

 

oh yeah i forgot to mention that it does have plenty of oil in it

 

buy an OBDII Diagnostic Scanner

 

use your road side asst and get it towed to your dealer
