LOL i kno that ... its just that this nut is screwed on extremely tight.... and at the moment, no, i dont have the right tool ... hah, im using needle-nose pliers ... i gave up for now. So i only need to D/C the (-) terminal? I dont have to D/C both??

I think it is like a 10mm or 12mm nut... just get it loose and pull it off... be careful that you don't let it hit the positive terminal (the red cover should help prevent that) as you'll end up with a nice temporary fireworks display until something melts (I've seen terminals turn into pools of molten lead... cool.. but not safe) so that is the only safety concern... just don't let it hit the exposed positive terminal if you have it exposed.
Also... If you have an alarm on your car keep your key fob handy... as reconnecting the power often sets off the alarm.
